The SureFire BSL-A Ballistic Shield Light increases safety and capability for military and law enforcement ballistic shield users. It installs easily on most ballistic shields measuring 1/4 to 3/4 of an inch thick, and its high-output LED generates 1,500 lumens of powerful illumination shaped by a precision Hybrid beam reflector optimized for medium- to long-range visibility and situational awareness.

The BSL-A helps disrupt the night-adapted vision of potential aggressors and allows strategic peeking around corners without backlighting the user. Its Dual Fuel design offers the versatility of using the included rechargeable SF18650 lithium-ion battery or two 123A lithium batteries for power.

Intuitive switching incorporates a pressure switch for momentary-on control and a click-through constant-on switch for unmanned shield placement. Precision-machined from aerospace-grade aluminum, O-ring sealed and Mil-Spec hard-anodized, the BSL-A is built for demanding missions and can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
